Hi, I’m Emma and I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist (PgDip mBANT) and the founder of Connected Nutrition.
I founded Connected Nutrition because I believe that food is more than just nutrition, it is what gathers families, brings communities together and connects us to the world around us. Food can be a highly emotive topic, often filled with an abundance of misguided information; let me support you with an evidence based approach, cutting through all the noise.
As a busy mum of two, I also know how tricky it can be to find quick, easy, and nutritious meals for children. Helping them eat well and fuel their bodies for the day—without the stress—has become a real passion of mine.
My goal is to take the confusion out of healthy eating and help you create simple, nourishing meals that fit your life. Whether you’re looking for practical advice, tailored support, or just some inspiration, I’m here to help.
